• Add additional specific bequests not currently contained in your Will that you now wish to make; and
• Revoke the designation of the person currently named as the Beneficiary of the rest and remainder of your estate and appoint a new Beneficiary.

This Codicil form enables you to make as many or as few of the above mentioned amendments and/or supplements to your Will as you choose. Additionally, this Codicil provides space allowing you to amend your Will in accordance with your specific wishes regarding any other matters not expressly presented as options listed above.
